Swiss Employers' Association (SAV) Working Anywhere, More Flexibly, and More Efficiently
Around 80 regional and industry-specific employer associations, along with some individual companies, are members of the Swiss Employers' Association. For this umbrella organisation, we completely renewed the IT infrastructure.
Now we are flexible and can work from anywhere. Metagon supported us competently at every stage of the IT renewal process.
Challenge
For the Employers' Association, the efficient use of resources and modern IT deployment are very important, as it serves as a role model across Switzerland. For this reason, we were tasked with conducting a neutral analysis of the existing processes and ICT applications to design an optimised application landscape.
Task and Results
The analysis led to the renewal of the entire IT infrastructure and application landscape. Thanks to the new design, the staff of the Employers' Association can now work remotely and have more flexible and efficient tools for their daily work. We supported the association from the analysis phase through to the conception and the successful implementation of the new solution by the selected implementation partner.
