Die Aduno Gruppe entsteht im Januar 2006 durch die Zusammenführung der bis dahin eigenständigen Gesellschaften Viseca Card Services (Kartenherausgabe: Issuing) und Aduno Payment Services (für Händler: Acquiring). Im Dezember 2008 erweitert die Gruppe ihr Angebot um Privatkredite und Leasing. cashgate Credit & Leasing gehört ab jetzt zur Gruppe. Die Aduno Gruppe hat ihren Hauptsitz in Zürich Oerlikon.

Challenge
With the strong growth of the group and the integration of various companies, very different workstation configurations had emerged. To optimise collaboration and reduce maintenance costs, standardisation was driven forward.
Task and Results
The Aduno Group entrusted us with project management for the standardisation project, and we supported the group from the requirements gathering stage through the tendering of services to the successful implementation of the project. By the end of the project, the workstations of over 700 employees had been standardised. The costs for providing, operating, and maintaining the workstations were kept very low.
