Challenge
Our client was aware that outsourcing ICT infrastructure had become more cost-effective in the market. To fully identify the savings potential for outsourced ICT services, we were tasked with conducting a benchmark.

Together with the client, we carried out the tender and identified a suitable provider. Griesser also entrusted us with project management for the entire evaluation and transition phase.
