Apleona Real Estate is one of the four largest real estate managers operating nationwide in Switzerland, with currently 242 employees across 10 locations from Geneva to St. Gallen. For our client, we drove the digitalisation of tenant files and the optimisation of business processes.
By digitising tenant files and incoming mail, Apleona Real Estate has taken an important first step into the digital future, with competent support from Metagon.
Challenge
The digitalisation of physical files, the associated optimisation of business processes, and the integration of a customer portal were the main objectives of the project. This was a challenging project that kept the client engaged over a long period and impacted all business areas.
Task and Results
We supported the entire process, from gathering requirements, creating technical specifications, conducting the tendering process, selecting the implementation partner, to the successful rollout of the ECM solution. With the digitalisation, Apleona has taken an important step into the future and successfully optimised its business processes.
