Ducksch Anliker AG Architecture Meets Digitalization

To meet the future challenges of the real estate industry, Ducksch Anliker had its financial processes and IT systems externally analyzed. The analysis revealed that the previously outsourced financial accounting and payroll administration services should now be handled internally. For this, Ducksch Anliker needed an ERP solution with specific reporting functions for project monitoring. Metagon was tasked with evaluating a suitable ERP solution that would meet Ducksch Anliker’s expectations and requirements.

In the first step, Metagon conducted a needs analysis based on existing documents, interviews, and workshops with Ducksch Anliker. Based on this, Metagon, together with Ducksch Anliker, developed a target application architecture. This architecture defined which core processes and functions should be covered by the new ERP system. Ducksch Anliker decided on an ERP solution that primarily provides functions for financial and payroll accounting, as well as customer data management (CRM). The architects continue to plan and manage their projects in the existing system. Metagon then invited various vendors to submit offers in an agile selection process. After the vendor presentations and review of the offers, Ducksch Anliker selected the appropriate provider.

With the new, group-wide ERP system, Ducksch Anliker will be able to standardize and digitalize master data and accounting processes. Additionally, the creation of reports with project and financial controlling across the entire group will be possible, with an interface to the construction management system ensured. Metagon conducted the evaluation to the full satisfaction of Ducksch Anliker.
